XG-866Q is an elastic silicone ink which has good pull and rebound.Its stretch ability reaches 7 times or more.It is milky and translucent.It qualifies the test standard of formaldehyde,heavy metal,Phthalic and Reach.
Store method:
1. Store in a cool and ventilated place at 5-35°C, do not expose to the sun.
2. Storage time: 12 months
The operation of elastic silicone ink XG-866Q
First:Silicone base coating
Print 2 layers with crossing linker XG-360Z-3 and 5% crossing linker catalyst,bake the surface dry after each time printing.
Second: screen printing for thickness and color
1,print 1-2 layers with XG-866Q elastic silicone ink and 2-3% fast dry catalyst,bake the surface dry, then color print 2-3 times with adding 10% pigment.Please bake the surface dry for each time thickness screen printing and color printing.
Third:Print glossy silicone ink
Print 1-2 layers with wear-resistant glossy silicone ink XG-399HR-2 and 3% XG-866B-2 fast dry catalyst. Please bake the surface dry after screen printing each time.
After all finishing, put it into the closed oven and bake for 25 minutes under temp 100-120 degree.
