Our Anti Migration Silicone Ink has a black thick paste texture with a pH value of 7.0±0.5, specially designed for mid-layer printing on migrating fabrics, with good colour fixing and migration resistance to avoid or reduce drying migration problems of dyestuffs. It is very suitable for fabrics that are prone to dye migration, such as sportswear, gloves etc. In addition you can add it to transparent silicone in the right dosage depending on the degree of fuel migration, the percentage should normally be limited to 20% and is very easy to handle

Our Anti Migration Silicone Inks do not contain any PVC, phthalates or other ingredients, are not irritating to humans and are often involved in high-precision and vibrant printing processes, allowing migration-free image printing even on the most difficult polyester fabrics. For the combustion dye to adhere firmly to the fabric, you should print 3 to 4 layers of it on the fabric when using it and, if used with a two-stroke print program, you can also achieve a bright white print.
How to use anti migration silicone ink on migration fabric?
Silicone base coating: print 2 layers with XG-866A or XG-866AH high density silicone ink and 2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst.
Anti migration screen printing: Print 2 layers with XG-866F anti sublimation silicone ink and 2% XG-866B-2 fast dry catalyst and 2% 360B-1 anti sublimation agent.
Color screen printing: Print 3 layers with XG-866A high density silicone ink,2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst and 10-20% pigment( For white and fluorescent color,add 20%,for other color pigments, add 10%).
If for glossy effect:Print 2 layers with XG-399-3 glossy silicone ink and 2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst.
If for matte effect: Print 1 layer with XG-866M matte silicone ink and 2% XG-866B-2 fast dry catalyst.
Oval machine screen printing with using machine silicone catalyst XG-866B-1 slow dry catalyst.
