Nylon base silicone is a translucent and milky liquid, the PH value is 6.0±0.5,it is a polyol monomer,suitable for PU leather,nylon microfiber and other materials.It qualifies with the testing standard of formaldehyde, heavy metals, phthalates and reach.
XG-866NL is a heating nylon base silicone ink,its catalyst is XG-866NLB,the adding ratio is 10%,The valid operation time after adding the catalyst is about 3 hours.Baking temperature is 120 degree,baking time is 12-30 minutes for surface dry. XG-866NL is only for base silicone screen printing, not suitable for color screen printing and thickness screen printing.
Not recommended to adjust fast or slow drying through the amount of additives added,we can add some retarder appropriately to adjust the drying time.
Please use environmentally friendly thinner, do not use white oil or electric oil,suggest to use XG-128AH fast slow thinner in our company.
Base silicone ink screen printing 1-2 layers with XG-866NL,Each printing should be carried out on the premise of the last surface dry.
Store in a cool and ventilated place at 5-35°C, do not expose to the sun.
