Or perhaps it has good abrasion resistance and will not crack or peel off during subsequent use, maintaining absolute integrity.

Our Under Coating Silicone Ink presents a translucent, thick paste texture, consisting of two materials in a 1:1 mixing ratio, which works well in the surface screen printing of fabrics. It acts as a binder, with good viscosity and adhesion, and the pulling power of a well-blended ink is several times higher than that of an ordinary ink. It can therefore significantly improve the adhesion of printed patterns on certain substrates. The next time you print, try using it to print, it will give you unexpected results.
Operation Instructions:
Under coating: Mix and stir well with136A under coating silicone ink and 136B catalyst as proportion of 1:1,Choose a mesh about 120mesh and print 2-3 layers. The surface drying temperature should be controlled about 100℃,The next layer screen printing should be done only when the surface is dry after the last time screen printing; If it is used as an adhesive,we can choose a 80 mesh for screen printing or inject with a syringe, if it is too thick,we can use thinner 120AB for dilution.
Thickness printing:If for thickness printing with color, we can add 5-10% silicone pigment to the left under coating silicone ink directly. Print 4-6 layers more or less(as per your requirement of thickness), Need to wait the surface dry after each time screen printing, then to print the next layer always.
Surface coating: We can choose glossy silicone ink for surface coating if the printed pattern surface is uneven,for normal pull,use our 399-3 glossy silicone ink, if for clothing with strong pulling, use 399Q elastic glossy silicone,The pulling strength can reach 4-5 times.Choose 866M matte silicone ink for matte effect.
After all processes are completed,the clothing pieces after screen printing need to be baked with 20 minutes by 120℃, Do a adhesion test after 24 hours.If for thick screen printing, it needs to bake about 30 minutes and the temperature can be adjusted higher.
