Features
Our Shoes Silicone Ink can print raised patterns and logos on the surface of your shoes, giving your shoes a greater design and visual impact to make an impression. They produce prints with a strong bumpy feel to the touch, a high gloss surface and a pronounced thickness. After various rigorous tests, our inks have proven to have good abrasion resistance, fastness and washability, and they blend easily with the pigments to achieve a homogeneous mix for shoe upper printing.
How to screen print silicone ink on shoes?
1,Print 1 or 2 layers with adhesion agent XG-180A and 10% adhesion agent harder 180B.
2, Print a certain thickness with XG-866AH high density silicone ink,2% fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 and a certain amount of thinner XG-128AH.
3, Print 3-4 layers with adding to 10% pigment to the left high density silicone ink.
4,If for glossy,to print 2 layers with XG-399-3 glossy silicone ink and 2% fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2.
5, If for matte,to print 1 layer with XG-866M matte silicone ink and 2% fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2.
Please note:shoes silicone ink is not suitable for machine screen printing, only suitable for manual screen printing.
