Mesh:100-120mesh(40-48T)
Squeegee:65-75 degree beveled squeegee.
Pigment adding ration:10%
Catalyst adding ratio: 2-3% fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2
Adhesion agent:XG-180A
Adhesion agent harder:180B
Agent harder adding ratio:10%
The process of printing brush effect silicone ink:
1,Under coating adhesion agent for fastness
Print 2 layers for fastness with adhesion agent XG-180A and 10% XG-180B adhesion agent harder.Bake the surface dry.
2,Silicone brush effect screen printing
Print 4 times transparent with XG-866A-2Y round silicone ink and 2-3% XG-866B-2 fast dry catalyst. Then for thickness and color screen printing with adding 10% pigment. It is about to print 15 times more or less, the layers depends on the thickness of brush effect you want to get. Each printing should be carried out on the premise of the last surface drying
3,After all processes finished, put it into the closed oven,bake 20 minutes with temp 100 degree.
