Crossing linker, model XG-360Z-3X, is a white translucent, sticky, slightly odorless liquid silicone launched by our company. It is also a two-component silicone catalyzed by platinum compounds and cross-linked into elastomer. Its important role is to increase even create the adhesion and washing fastness of silicone ink to nylon, polyester and waterproof cloth in the direct printing system. In the heat transfer printing system used to connect hot melt glue(powder) and silicone, to avoid the stratification of the two (due to the existence of incompatibility between hot melt glue or hot melt powder and silicone). In a word, no matter the crossing linker or hot melt glue is to make silicone ink better adhere to the surface of clothing, increase the washing fastness, in the process, the crossing linker can solve the problem of incompatible printing materials, convenient production, improve efficiency.

In the direct printing system, for nylon, polyester, waterproof fabrics, a layer of crossing linker can be coated on the fabric, the surface is dried by table baking equipment, then silkscreen printing liquid silicone or colored liquid silicone, finally, according to the process needs, glossy silicone or mattesilicone is printed to form a unique visual effect.
In the reverse heat transfer printing, it is necessary to use the hot melt film as the carrier of silicone logo. As shown in the figure, silk screen liquid silicone or colored liquid silicone on the transfer film. After being cured, print crossing linker，finally print the hot melt glue or hot melt powder. Simply speaking,the crossing linker is the medium that connects the silicone and the hot melt glue.
Direct heat transfer printing, the process is opposite to reverse heat transfer process, it is worth noting that the first layer is hot melt glue rather than hot melt powder; Except for the carrier, the printing process is similar to the direct printing process. Then, the silicone label is transferred to a high viscosity packaging film or directly torn off,heat transfer the silicone to the surface of the clothing by machine.
With the increasing popularity of silicone ink printing technology and the increasing variety of fabrics, the crossing linker has become more important in the printing system. The glue can increase the adhesion of silicone ink to the slippy surface fabric and the waterproof fabric,solve the incompatibility problem between silicone ink and the other printing material.
