the process is as shown in the above figure,through mesh to screen print two-component silicone on the hot melt film to print color layer, then use two-component silicone to print transparent layer, in order to save costs, some workplace only print color layer, then print the crossing linker, finally print the XG hot melt glue layer, while the hot melt glue is not dry. In order to make the whole silicone label deeply vulcanized with better adhesion, the whole sheet of silicone labels can be placed in a closed oven at 100 ° C and baked for 30 minutes.
