Silicone rubber used on sandal
Silicone rubber used on sandal, currently applied onto the strap as anti-slip on the heel area,this prevents the strap from sliding down where it wraps around the heel,even prevents the strap from scratching the heel while walking.Another application,silicone rubber used as logo printing material on foot-bed,as we know silicone is soft and comfortable for skin contacting.
While silicone rubber applied on sandal strap for anti-slipping,we supply two solutions.
Solution A
(1) Use under coating silicone &agent,print twice to create adhesion.
(2) Use crossing linker&agent,print twice for cross-linking.
(3) Use round silicone&fast dry catalyst (or slow dry catalyst)&pigment print four time to dye.
(4) Use glossy silicone&fast dry catalyst(or slow dry catalyst),print twice as top coating.
Solution B
