How to print picture on fabric by silicone ink screen printing?
Preparation before silicone ink screen printing:
Mesh: 100-120mesh(40T-48T) .
Squeegee：65-75 degree.
Equipment:table dryer.
Silicone ink:
1 | Transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y 3% Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 10% Thinner XG-128AH |
2 | 10% Red Pigment XG-302 |
3 | 10% Black Pigment XG-501 |
4 | Glossy silicone XG-399-3 |
The process of silicone ink screen print picture:
Step 1.Use No.1 screen to print certain thickness on fabric with base cover silicone ink(XG-866A-2Y silicone ink,3% XG-866B-2 fast dry catalyst,10% XG-128AH thinner).Bake the surface dry after each printing with table dryer,temperature 100℃.You can touch the surface lightly by finger to check it is dry or not.
Step 2.Add 10% red pigment XG-302 to base cover silicone ink ,also use No.1 screen to print certain thickness on fabric ,Don’t forget to bake it to dry before next printing.
Step 3.Add 10% black pigment XG-501 to base cover silicone ink,use No.2 screen to print only one time .
Step 4.Use No.1 screen to print certain thickness on fabric with glossy silicone XG-399-3,bake it to dry,done.
