Types of raw silicone rubber
The unvulcanized (cross-linked) base polysiloxane, called silicone gum, is a high molar mass linear polysiloxane. Because the molecules are easy to slip and slowly flow under cooling, low value for direct application. Raw silicone rubber needs to be mixed with a variety of agents (such as fillers, structural control agents, additives and vulcanizing agents, etc.) into silicone rubber compound,then after heating and pressure forming to get different uses of silicone rubber products.
Raw silicone rubber, mainly dim-ethyl silicone rubber, methyl vinyl silicone rubber, methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber and methyl trifluoropropyl silicone rubber.
Dim-ethyl silicone rubber(MQ)
The chemical formula of dim-ethyl silicone rubber is the same as that of dim-ethyl silicone oil, but the degree of polymerization is much higher. It is the earliest silicon gum, semi-solid shape, relative density about 0.98, refractive index 1.4035. Because the silicon atom is connected to inert methyl, it is low vulcanization activity, poor vulcanized rubber mechanical strength , high temperature compression permanent deformation, poor heat resistance, rarely used now, basically been replaced by methyl vinyl silicone rubber.
Methyl vinyl silicone rubber(VMQ)
Methyl vinyl silicone rubber, MeViSiO chain segment generally accounts for 0.05%-0.50% (mole fraction), so its relative density, refractive index, viscosity and molar mass are close to dim-ethyl silicon rubber. But a small amount of vinyl greatly improved vulcanization activity, not only increase the scope of the selection of organic peroxide vulcanizing agent, some active low organic peroxide become silicone rubber vulcanizing agent, effectively improve the efficiency of extrusion molding, simplify the vulcanization process of thick products, improve the vulcanization thermal aging, mechanical strength and compression set properties. Therefore, methyl vinyl silicone rubber has become the largest amount of mixed silicone rubber in the raw rubber.
Methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber(PVMQ)
Methyl phenyl vinyl silicone gum can be regarded as the product of partial methyl group replaced by phenyl group in methyl vinyl silicone gum. Phenyl silicone rubber is divided into low phenyl, medium phenyl, high phenyl 3 kinds, different content of phenyl silicone rubber, different properties for vulcanized rubber. The introduction of phenyl into raw rubber can improve the mechanical strength, irradiance resistance, heat resistance and flame retardant, but with the increase of phenyl content, not only the raw rubber will become sticky, the compound mixing become difficult, the vulcanization activity decreases, the compression permanent deformation of vulcanized rubber becomes large, the resilience of oil resistance becomes poor.
Methyl trifluoropropyl silicone rubber(FVMQ)
Me (CF CH₂CH₂) SiO chain in methyl trifluoropropyl silicone rubber improve the oil and solvent resistance of the vulcanized rubber. Fluorine silicone rubber is different from general fluorine rubber, not need to add plasticizer can be made of low hardness rubber products, and cold resistance and compression permanent deformation is better than fluorine rubber, vulcanized rubber physical properties less affected by temperature changes.

2) Use crossing linker with 7% fast drying catalyst XG-866B-2,print twice.
3) Use soft silicone XG-866AR with 3% fast drying catalyst XG-866B-2,20% yellow pigment,print twice.
4) Use soft silicone XG-866AR with 3% fast drying catalyst XG-866B-2,20% red pigment,print twice.
5) Use soft silicone XG-866AR with 3% fast drying catalyst XG-866B-2,20% purple pigment,print twice.
6) Use soft silicone XG-866AR with 3% fast drying catalyst XG-866B-2,20% yellow pigment,print twice.
7) Use glossy silicone with 3% fast drying catalyst,print twice.
8) Use matte silicone with 3% fast drying catalyst,print once.
