Our Natural Drying Silicone Inks are widely used for pad or screen printing jobs in rope dip or screen printing plants without heating. The dried ink part has good fastness, high stretchability and durability during washing. Their low curing temperature, excellent adhesion and great elasticity make them also ideal for printing on polyester fabrics for jumpsuits, swimwear and sublimated polyester fabrics.
We can prepare various colors of ink according to your needs, the effect is bright and delicate, and it can print beautiful patterns. Using tips
1,The combination of silicone additives
A:For rope dipping, it usually adopts to use mixing additives fast dry and slow dry catalyst.The proportion of silicone ink and silicone catalyst is 10:1.
B:For screen printing, it usually uses slow dry catalyst,add some fast dry catalyst if it is dry too slowly.
2,Addition of silicone pigment
The normal adding ratio of silicone pigment is about 5-10%.If you want to add 20% silicone pigment, then need to do tests of adhesion and color Fastness.
