    In most screen printing applications, silicone color paste is mixed with transparent or natural silicone base to create various colors. Common basic colors include:Black,White,Red,Yellow,Blue,Green

    White Color Paste：Starting ratio: 10%,For faster color saturation or higher opacity: 20%–25%

    The principle for black color paste is similar to white:Start from around 10%,Increase to approximately 20% when deeper color is required

    Excessive color paste will reduce the tensile strength and elasticity of silicone.

    When the proportion of color paste is too high, it dilutes the elastic components of the silicone system, which may lead to:

    For stretch fabrics, elastic textiles, and sportswear materials, we strongly recommend:

    Keeping the total color paste ratio within approximately 20%

    Prioritizing elasticity and tensile strength over extreme color saturation

    If higher opacity or stronger color is required, it is better to:

    Increase printing passes

    Use a proper base layer
    rather than simply increasing the color paste percentage.
