Suede Effect Silicone Ink for Textile Screen Printing
Suede Effect Silicone Ink is a specialty screen printing silicone ink designed to create a soft, fine suede-like surface on textiles. XG-866ART series silicone ink provides excellent surface texture, good flexibility, strong adhesion, and customizable color effects, making it suitable for logos, patterns, graphics, and decorative textile printing.
It can be used alone to produce a suede finish or combined with other silicone printing effects for more creative designs.

Suede Silicone Screen Printing Process
Mix the suede silicone ink, pigment, additive, and thinner thoroughly before printing.
Print the suede effect layer 1–2 times as a standard process. Two layers are commonly used, while additional printing layers can be applied according to the required thickness, texture, and final design.
For heat-curing printing, flash dry each layer before printing the next layer. After printing is completed, place the fabric in an oven for final curing. Exact curing temperature and time depend on the fabric, printing thickness, equipment, and silicone system. Please contact us for recommended curing parameters.
