High Density Silicone Ink for Textile Screen Printing
High Density Silicone Ink is designed for creating thick, flexible and raised 3D patterns on garments, pants, socks, gloves, webbing and compatible shoe-upper materials. It can be printed in multiple layers to build the required height, followed by glossy, matte, suede or other decorative surface effects.
Available models include XG-866AH, XG-866A and XG-20Z-1. XG-866AH is a high-transparency liquid silicone suitable for hand and machine screen printing. It features high viscosity, easy height building, good elasticity and strong adhesion.

High Density Silicone Ink for Textile Screen Printing Process
Base printing: Print one or two base layers to improve adhesion.
Color printing: Mix the high-density silicone with pigment paste, catalyst and thinner, then stir thoroughly.
Height building: Print transparent or colored high-density silicone repeatedly until the required height is achieved.
Surface finishing: Apply a glossy, matte, suede or other effect layer.
Final curing: Complete the curing process after all layers have been printed.
Each printed layer should be flash-dried before the next layer is applied. Glossy or matte top coats are normally printed twice, but additional passes may be used according to the required finish.
For heat-curing products, use a platen dryer between printing passes and place the finished product in an oven for final curing. The exact curing temperature and time depend on the product system, substrate and printing thickness. Please contact us or refer to our process videos for recommended settings.
