Glossy Silicone Top Coat for Textile Screen Printing
Glossy silicone top coat for textile screen printing is used to create a smooth and bright surface on silicone logos, patterns and decorative designs.
We offer two glossy silicone systems: XG-399-3 heat-curing silicone and XG-399-2 air-dry silicone, suitable for garments, trousers, socks, webbing and other textile products.

Screen Printing Process
The glossy silicone is normally printed as the top layer of a silicone design.
Recommended process:
Base silicone printing → Drying → Glossy silicone printing → Drying / curing
For better surface coverage, we recommend 2 or more printing passes.
When using a platen dryer, each printed layer should be dried before printing the next layer. For oven curing, place the finished product into the oven after printing.
The appropriate curing temperature and time depend on the fabric, silicone thickness and production equipment. Please contact us or refer to our application videos for detailed curing parameters.
