1. Base Layer

Step 1:
XG-866NYR + 3% XG-866B-2, printed 3 times.

Purpose:
Establishes a stable printing foundation, ensuring even coverage and reducing the influence of fabric texture for subsequent color layers.

2. Color Layer Printing (Multi-Color Design)

For multi-color letters or patterns, each color requires a separate screen:

Step 2:
XG-866A-CRT + 3% XG-866B-2 + 20% orange pigment, printed 4 times.

Step 3:
XG-866A-CRT + 3% XG-866B-2 + 20% green pigment, printed 4 times.

Step 4:
XG-866A-CRT + 3% XG-866B-2 + 20% blue pigment, printed 4 times.

Step 5:
XG-866A-CRT + 3% XG-866B-2 + 20% yellow pigment, printed 4 times.

Note:
Each color must use a separate screen to ensure clear layers and accurate color presentation.

3. Matte Suede Effect Layer

Step 6:
XG-866M-6+ + 3% XG-866B-2, printed once.

Purpose:
Creates a suede silicone for direct printing on underwear fabrics for the final design, enhancing tactile feel and premium appearance.
