    Our direct printing glossy puff silicone is designed for soft cotton fabrics, delivering vibrant, three-dimensional, glossy prints with multi-color layering and gradient effects.     1.Base Layer

Step1:XG-180A-1 + 10% XG-180B-1, print twice as a full base.

The base layer improves adhesion between the silicone and cotton fabric, providing a solid foundation for subsequent prints, preventing color layer cracking or peeling, and ensuring uniform foam effect.

    2.Transparent Layer

Step2:XG-866A-CRT + 3% XG-866B-2 using a foam mesh, printed 4-5 times.

Note: Heat press at 180°C for 40 seconds per press to ensure uniform foaming.

    3.Color Layer Printing

Step3:White: XG-866NYR + 3% XG-866B-2 + 10% white pigment, full mesh, print twice

Step4:Yellow: XG-866A-CR + 3% XG-866B-2 + 15% yellow pigment, print 3 times on separate mesh

Step5:Red: XG-866A-CR + 3% XG-866B-2 + 15% red pigment, print 3 times

Step6:Blue: XG-866A-CR + 3% XG-866B-2 + 15% blue pigment, print 3 times

Step7:Black: XG-866A-CR + 3% XG-866B-2 + 15% black pigment, print 3 times

Each color requires a separate screen for clear layering and no color bleeding.

    4.Glossy Effect Printing

Step 8: XG-399-6W + 2% XG-866B-2 + chameleon powder, print once for shiny special effects

Step 9: XG-399-6W + 2% XG-866B-2, flat print once and pull once to enhance gloss

Final: Cure at 100°C for 30 minutes to fix the design, ensuring wash durability
