Description
Our Puff Silicone Ink is a screen printing ink, once heat is applied to the part it is printed on, the pattern rises slightly from the t-shirt, giving a prominent three-dimensional effect like freshly baked bread. The pattern printed with it has a soft hand and good washability, and will not produce cracks or chips. And you can mix it with a base coat for good fastness, or with different colors for more options when printing.
Features
Our Puff Silicone Ink comes with an ultra-high silicone content, with uniform particles of less than 0.2 microns and a fine material, suitable for high speed batch printing by hand and machine, with a high degree of smoothness when printing. It helps you to print easily on fabrics, thus giving your graphics a good 3D highlight. And it mixes well with pigments to match tones more accurately and get vivid colour prints. When using machine printing, our ink saves labour costs by giving high density printing results in less time than other inks.
Preparation before puff silicone ink screen printing:
Mesh: 100-120mesh(40T-48T)
Squeegee: 65-75 degree.
Pigment adding ratio: for white and fluorescent color,add 20%;for other colors,add 10%;
Catalyst adding ratio:2% fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2,can also mix slow dry catalyst XG-866B-1 for using.
Thinner adding ratio: 0-20%, if for hand printing, no need to add thinner.
Flash baking temp: 100℃-120℃ and bake 6-10 seconds.
Curing temp: 160℃-170℃
