How to use rope dipping silicone?
1,Adding 10% hard silicone ink catalyst to hard silicone ink 60S, stir well and soak the rope directly,no adding thinner,after soaking to a certain of thickness,then soak with 20S-1 rope dipping silicone ink.
2,Stir well with 20S-1 rope dipping silicone and 10% ZB-1 catalyst,then print 1-2 layers with adding the fast dry thinner XG-128A as the proportion 1:1 or 1:1.2.
3,After that,Print 1 time with skin feel matte silicone 866M-6,4% XG-866B-2 fast dry catalyst,fast dry thinner XG-128A as the proportion 1:1. Wait the soaking surface dry.
4,after surface dry, Let it dry naturally and completely within 24 hours. Or bake it dry within 20-30 minutes with 80℃, after finishing all, do a test.
