Ropes dipped by silicone ink,this type of silicone ink is RTV(Room Temperature Vulcanization) silicone,which is made by low voscosity vinyl silicon oil,silicon dioxide,crossing linker,catalyst,additive and separately pack in dual components,before using,mix those dual components in moderate ratio,for example 10:1 or 1:1 then start to dip the end of ropes.
Ropes dipped by silicone ink can be used as garments accessaries,such as shoes laces,belly bandit of sport shorts,tightening strap of hoodie jacket,etc,it's a big market and a good bussiness project all around the world.
Our ropes dipping silicone inks are packed in dual components too,mixture ratio 10:1,A and B mixed together and applied to dip the end of ropes,A component made by vinyl liquid silicone oil and silicon dioxide,catalyst,B component made by crossing linker and retarder,we can add silicone pigment to colour,silicone thinner to dilute,and so on.
In particular,there is a very interesting thing is B compoment,we call it agent or catalyst too,for example,A silicone mix with fast dry catalyst KB-1 whose curing time 15-20 minutes(under 25℃).A silicone mix with mid-slow catalyst ZB-1 whose curing time 30-40 minutes(under 25℃).A silicone mix with slow dy catalyst MB-1 whose curing time 60-70 minutes(under 25℃).A silicone mix with super slow dry catalyst TMB-1 whose curing up to 8 hours.
More interesting,we could use thoese catalyst to adjust the curing time in room temperature For example,KB-1 curing time(25℃)20-30 minutes,MB-1 curing time(25℃) 60-70 minutes,50% KB-1 and 50% MB-1,curing time(25℃) become ZB-1 curing time(25℃) 40-50 minutes.30% KB-1 and 70% MB-1,curing time(25℃) becomes curing time(25℃) 50-60 minutes.
