It is for under coating and color layer printing.It is elastic and fastness. It is suitable for Cotton, Nylon, Polyester, Lightly Silicone Oil or Coated Waterproof Nylon.
How to silicone transfer for textile screen printing?
Materials need to prepare before screen printing:
Mesh:100-120mesh(40-48T)
Squeegee:65-75 degree beveled squeegee.
Hot glue 360R-2,crossing linker 360Z-3,crossing linker catalyst 360Z-3B,heat transfer silicone 866A-2Y,fast dry catalyst 866B-2,PET film.
A: print the hot glue firstly.
1,print 4-6 times with hot glue 360-3,Print the next layer after the printing surface is dry each time, Can’t be over dry each time,after the last printing,dry without any wet.
2,Print 2 times for fastness with crossing linker 360Z-3 and 5% crossing linker catalyst 360Z-3B,bake the surface dry each time.
3,Print 3-4 times transparent with 866A-2Y and 2% 866B-2 catalyst, then add 10%-20% pigment into the left silicone ink for color printing.
4,Print 2 layers with glossy silicone 399-3 and 866B-2 fast dry catalyst.
5,Bake 40 minutes with temp 100℃ in a closed oven after screen printing.
6,Press it to 15 seconds with temp 150℃ by heat pressing machine.
B:Print the silicone ink firstly.
1,Print 4 or more layers with heat transfer silicone ink 866A-2Y,2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst and 10% pigment, the printing layers depends on printing thickness.bake the surface dry each time,then to print another layer.
2,Print 2 times for fastness with crossing linker 360Z-3 and 5% crossing linker catalyst 360Z-3B,bake the surface dry each time.
