XG-866B-1 silicone drying catalyst is a transparent liquid,the PH value is 6.8±0.5. It is a slow dry catalyst which can make the silicone completely cured. It is suitable for machine printing and in summer or the hot area whether.Its main element is Platinum water.It is mixed and used together with silicone inks.The catalyst adding ratio is about 2%.
Silicone drying catalyst should be cured with heating,the temperature is 120-130°C,time is about 3-5 minutes.
It can be mixed with fast dry catalyst to get mid dry time. Working time can be adjusted by operating temperature,catalyst mixing ratio and retarder.
Different silicone ink uses different silicone curing agent,for example manual screen printing uses fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 fast dry catalyst;machine screen printing uses slow dry catalyst XG-866B-1. Anti migration silicone uses anti migration catalyst;for flocking silicone ink, it is made of 3 parts, it has two flocking silicone catalysts.Crossing linker uses crossing linker agent,embossing silicone ink uses embossing catalyst.Mould silicone uses XG-360B moulding silicone catalyst,socks silicone use XG-15B socks silicone catalyst.Except that, the catalyst adding ratio to silicone inks are also different. Fast and slow drying catalyst is to add 2%, socks silicone uses 2%,crossing linker uses 5%,embossing and mould silicone ink use 10%.
How to store silicone drying catalyst?
1. Store in a cool and ventilated place at 5-35°C, do not expose to the sun.
2. Storage time: 12 months
