The materials and tools need to prepare:
360KY-55 embossing silicone ink
10% 360B-1 embossing silicone catalyst
Screen mesh
Squeegee
Moulding machine
The steps of screen printing with embossing silicone ink:
Print 1 layer by 2 times by squeegee on 120 mesh screen 360KY-55 embossing silicone and 10% 360B-1 embossing silicone catalyst.
Put the cloth on embossing machine and press to 12 seconds.
Upper mold temperature:180℃
Lower mold temperature:150℃
About embossing silicone ink screen printing:
We can screen print on a single garment or dual garments. For printing on dual garment,just print silicone on the garment,then take another garment to put on directly(No silicone printing again).
Next to press on an embossing machine.
Operation time: 4-5 hours
Embossed Silicone ink packing: 20 kg/barrel
Silicone ink embossing catalyst:1kg/barrel, 5kg/barrel,10 kg/barrel,25 kg/barrel
