The process of how to use heat transfer glue:
Mesh choice: 100-120 mesh
Print 4-6 layers with heat transfer hot glue XG-360-3,Screen printing the next layer always after the printing surface is dry.We can bake the surface dry heating with temp 120℃,6-10 seconds by automatic oven or hot gun, Or you can let it natural surface dry without heating.
No matter we choose to screen print the heat transfer hot glue firstly or silicone inks firstly, both we need to bake it dry in a closed oven after screen printing, this is for preparation of heat pressing.
Because the screen printing pieces which we use and the environment are different, we must do a test firstly before bulk production. The data provided by our company is just for reference.
