How to use silicone color pigment for textile screen printing?
1,Adding silicone pigment after stirring well with silicone ink and silicone curing agent. The adding ratio of silicone pigments is 10% for normal colors,white and fluorescent color to add 20%.Please to be fully stirred before use.
2,Each screen printing should be carried out after the last surface dry.
3,Usually print 4-6 layers or more for color screen printing,The layers depends on the thickness you want to get specifically.
4,The surface dry temperature is 120 degree,baking time is 10 seconds.
