Silicone thinner is a transparent liquid, Its PH value is 7.0±0.5,the main element of silicone thinner is silicone oil. Its main application is to improve liquidity,remove bubble and prevent mesh blocking.It qualifies to the testing standard of formaldehyde, heavy metals, phthalates, reach.
The adding ratio of silicone thinner is different according to different application. For high density silicone ink, it's to add 15-20%; For surface coating ink like glossy silicone ink and matte silicone ink, it's to add 5-10%. For silicone rope dipping, it's added as per the proportion of 1:1-1.2.Please heat the surface dry before next time screen printing of each time.
Surface heating temperature: 120 degree and 10 seconds.
About storage:
1. Store in a cool and ventilated place at 5-35°C, do not expose to the sun.
2. Storage time: 12 months
