The process of electrostatic flocking silicone printing
The electrostatic flocking printing is a printing technique that could make the printed effect similar with the embroidery for garments.it needs special professional technician and equipment,of course,silicone materials are necessary.
The equipment & material needed:
Mesh & squeegee
Silicone & catalyst & suede powder
Electrostatic flocking machine and vacuum cleaner & table dryer,etc
The printing process as bellow:
First,print a certain thickness of flocking silicone XG-10000A with 2% catalyst XG-10000B on the surface of the fabric,mostly cotton or cotton blended fabric.remember to bake the surface to dry after printing.
Second,electrostatic flocking the suede powder on the surface while it is wet,then keep baking
Third,clean the fabric by vacuum cleaner then send to next process of garment producing.
Notice:to do washing testing after 48 hours
