silicone vinyl heat transfer is widely used for clothing, swimwear, clothing pieces, ribbons,T-shirts and etc. The finished product is a silicone pattern or a silicone logo printing on the transfer film. The thickness can reach 0.5mm to 2mm, one color or multi colors. The advantages:good elasticity, can not be washed off by ultra-high temperature water, simple and easy to operate, environmentally friendly and beautiful, good adhesion, can not be torn off by hand,It decreases the production cost of clothing pieces storage,also save the labor cost.
Print the hot glue firstly for silicone vinyl heat transfer screen printing：
1,Printing 6 times on matte sheet with 360R-2 hot glue
2,Bake the surface dry after each time glue printing,then to print another layer.
3,Printing 2 times with 360Z-3 crossing linker and 10% 360ZB crossing linker catalyst,also bake the surface dry after printing to print another layer.
4,Printing to a certain thickness with 866A-2Y silicone ink heat transfer and 2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst,10% more or less thinner. Don’t forget to bake the surface dry before each time printing.
5, Add 10% pigment to the left heat transfer silicone and print 4 or 6 more layers.
5,For glossy effect,printing 2 times with 399-3 glossy silicone ink and 2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst.
6,For matte effect, printing 1 time with 866M matte silicone ink and 866B-2 fast dry catalyst.(for matte,we don’t suggest this way, usually we choose print hot glue first for glossy effect)
7,Put the printed silicone ink heat transfer film into the oven and bake 30 minutes with temp 100 degree.
8,Using an adhesive tape and paste out the printed silicone printing pattern,Put a high temperature paper on the logo pattern film,then Hot pressing 15 seconds with temp 170
9,Tear down the heat transfer sheet
