The main use of heat transfer hotmelt powder is to sticky the cloth for heat transfer silicone ink screen printing.Its code number is XG-360E.
The process of silicone heat transfer hotmelt powder screen printing:
1,Choose glossy or matte transfer film for glossy or matte effect.
2,Silicone color screen printing
Heat transfer silicone ink XG-866A-2Y:100g
Pigment:10g for normal color, white and fluorescent color,add 20%
Curing agent: 2G XG-866B-2 fast dry catalyst,adding ration is 2%
Thinner: Add a small amount if needed
The layers depends on your required thickness about screen printing pieces.Surface dry temperature:120 degree.
3,Transparent silicone thickness layer( It depends on the requirement of clients, this step can be omitted.) Print 2-3 layers.
Heat transfer silicone ink XG-866A-2Y:100g
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2: 2g, adding ratio 2%
Thinner:Add a small amount if needed
Surface dry temperature:120degree
4,silicone bridge layer with adding adhesion agent.
The proportion of transparent silicone ink and adhesion agent is 2:1, the adding ratio of adhesion agent harder is 10%.
A:Heat transfer silicone ink XG-866A-2Y:100g
Curing agent XG-866B-2:2g 2%
Thinner:Add a small amount if needed
B: adhesion agent XG-180A:50g
Adhesion agent harder XG-180B:5g
With stirring well the above 4 parts,wet print 2 layers.Please note: 2:1 is proportion of silicone ink and adhesion agent, thinner is not counted to the proportion.
5,Spill heat transfer hotmelt powder.
6,Baking,bake the pieces after screen printing for 10-20 minutes by temp 130 degree. The concrete temperature and baking time depend on heating device,fabric clothing and silicone screen printing thickness.
7,Adjust 4 kg pressure for heating press machine and press the pieces with 15 seconds by temp 150 degree
