There is two ways of 3d silicone heat transfer. One is using heat transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y, screen printing silicone ink, pigment,crossing linker and hot glue on the glossy transfer film.Another is 3d moulding transfer,for this one, it is to use mould silicone ink XG-360W, It will be pressed into a 3D logo or pattern with mould silicone by a moulding press machine. ext, we take out the mold,take away all extra part,after it cool down,paste the silicone pattern with wrapping film paper.then heat press on the garment by heat press machine.

Mesh:100-120mesh(40-48T)
Squeegee:65-75 degree beveled squeegee.
Hot glue XG-360R-2,crossing linker XG-360Z-3,crossing linker catalyst XG-360Z-3B,heat transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y,fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2,thinner,silicone pigment and heat transfer film
Crossing linker catalyst adding ratio:5%
Fast dry catalyst adding ratio:2%
Pigment adding ratio:20% for white and fluorescent color,10% for other colors
Thinner:Add appropriate amount if necessary
