1,Printing to a certain thickness on glossy sheet with 866A-2Y heat transfer silicone ink,2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst,10% pigment,10% more or less thinner.
2,Bake the surface dry after each time printing with a hot gun or automatic oven,the temp is 100 degree.You can touch lightly with your finger to check if it is dry or not.
3,Print 2 layers with 360Z-3 crossing linker and 5% 360ZB crossing linker catalyst.Don’t forget to bake it dry before next screen printing.
4,Print 4-6 layers with 360R-2 hot glue(Bake the surface dry, then to print the next layer)
5,Put the printed silicone ink heat transfer film into the oven and bake 30 minutes with temp 100 degree.
6,Hot pressing and transfer the logo to the cloth with 15 seconds and in temp 170
7,Tear off the transfer sheet.
