Technical Parameters

Process

Step 1: Print the Hot Melt Base Layer

              Print 4–6 layers of hot melt adhesive XG-360R-2.
              Each layer must be applied when the previous layer is surface-dry but not fully cured.After all layers are completed, allow them to dry thoroughly.
Step 2: Apply the Mid-Layer Silicone

              Mix mid-layer silicone XG-360Z-3X with 5–10% catalyst XG-866B-2.
              Print 2–3 layers, then dry until the surface becomes dry.This step enhances elasticity and bonding strength for the positive heat transfer silicone.
Step 3: Build the Transfer and Pigment Silicone Layer

             Mix transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y with 2–4% catalyst XG- 866B-2.10-20% Color paste
             Print 3–4 layers until the coating turns fully transparent.After transparency is achieved, add 10–20% color paste to apply color.This forms the main pattern of the positive heat transfer silicone.
Step 4: Apply the Glossy Surface Layer

             Mix glossy silicone XG-399-3 with catalyst XG-866B-2.
             Print 2–3 layers to achieve a bright, smooth, and durable surface finish.
Step 5: Oven Curing

             Place the printed sheets into a sealed oven at 100–120°Cand bake for 30–40 minutes to ensure full curing.
Step 6: Heat Press Transfer

             Set the heat press to 150°C for 15 seconds.This final step secures firm adhesion onto fabrics or shoe materials.
