Transfer silicone high-low adhesive paper is a functional adhesive paper that uses a paper substrate (such as release paper, coated paper, kraft paper, etc.) as the carrier and is coated with a special silicone layer on the surface. Its core feature lies in "adhesion grading" - by adjusting the formula of the silicone coating (e.g., silicone molecular weight, cross-linking degree, additive ratio), precise control of high adhesion (usually peel force ≥ 500g/in) and low adhesion (usually peel force ≤ 300g/in) is achieved, meeting the dual needs of "fixing the transferred object" and "smoothly peeling off the substrate" during the transfer process.
Compared with ordinary pressure-sensitive adhesive paper, transfer silicone high-low adhesive paper has the following advantages: the silicone coating has excellent temperature resistance (-40℃~200℃), weather resistance (UV resistance, anti-aging), and chemical stability (no reaction with transfer materials such as inks and resins). At the same time, there is no residual adhesive when peeling off, and it does not damage the surface of the transferred object, making it especially suitable for high-precision and high-demand transfer processes.
High-adhesion type: The peel force is usually 500~1500g/in, suitable for transferred objects with large weight (e.g., metal nameplates, thick-film circuits) or rough surfaces (e.g., frosted plastic, wood panels). It can firmly fix the workpiece and avoid pattern misalignment caused by displacement during the transfer process.
Low-adhesion type: The peel force is usually 50~300g/in, suitable for lightweight (e.g., thin-film circuits, flexible labels) or surface-sensitive (e.g., coated glass, high-gloss plastic) transferred objects. The peeling force is gentle, which can reduce physical damage to the workpiece and avoid substrate residue.
