How to screen print silicone ink on linen?
Linen is woven by twisting flax. The surface is not as smooth as chemical fiber and cotton, but has vivid concave and convex texture. Artists often use linen as a subtle and interesting material aesthetic feeling. Meanwhile, linen is the strongest of all textiles, after synthetic fibers.
The process to print silicone ink on linen.
Step1,Use XG-866A HD silicone,2% fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2,10% thinner XG-128AH, print 4-6 times on linen(bake to dry then go on).
Step2,Use XG-360Z-3 crossing linker and 360ZB crossing linker catalyst(mixture ratio100:5),print 2 times(bake to dry then go on).
Step3,Use suede silicone XG-866ART,2% fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2,10% thinner XG-128AH,10% red pigment XG-302,print 4-6 times.
Step4,Hot press 170℃,15S,done.
