The composition of high temperature silicone ink is mainly vinyl silicone oil, silicone resin, silica, cross-linking agent, platinum catalyst, toner, etc., and the proportion of each component can be freely adjusted according to the actual application.
Its initial form is liquid, and under the action of high temperature curing and platinum catalyst, it eventually becomes an elastic solid. The mechanism of vulcanization is that the unsaturated vinyl (molecular formula -CH=CH2-) and the H group (Si-H) are subjected to high temperature and catalyst action, finally form methylene cross-linking (-CH2CH2-). The high temperature silicone ink after cross-linking will be firmly attached to the surface of the substrate, anti-scratch and anti-tear, and the effect is remarkable.
