Reverse heat transfer silicone printing
Reverse heat transfer silicone printing is garment printing technique that use silicone as material direct print on hot melt film,then through heat press machine to transfer silicone stickers to finished garment or semi-finished garment,all printing material needed as below:
High density silicone,pigment,dry catalyst,thinner,crossing linker and agent,hot melt glue(or powder),hot melt film,etc.
The printing process as below:
Color printing:use single color pigment or multi-color pigment with HD,dry catalyst,thinner mixed to print garment 2-4 times
Thickness printing:use HD silicone,dry catalyst,thinner to print garment 4-6 times
Middle layer printing:use crossing linker & agent to print twice
Hot melt glue(or powder)printing:dust the hot melt powder or print hot melt glue twice on the surface of the stickers
Baking:put the finished silicone stickers into the oven to bake 30 minutes,100 ℃
Use heat press machine transfer the silicone stickers to garment.
