Flocked Silicone Printing for Textile Accessories

Textile accessories may use small logos, symbols or decorative motifs to coordinate with a brand or product collection. Flocking silicone can create a fuzzy surface on selected graphics, provided the substrate is compatible and the sample meets the product requirements.

For the product system, mixing ratio and core process requirements, see Flocking Silicone Ink for Textile Screen Printing.

Potential Applications

Possible sample applications include fabric bags, textile accessories, decorative panels and similar items made from suitable materials. These are candidate uses rather than a guarantee of compatibility for every accessory.

Artwork and Placement

Choose a graphic size that fits the print area and account for seams, folds and handling. Test the finished item where possible because a flat fabric swatch may not represent the final construction.

Mixing and Color Options

Mix XG-10000A main silicone and XG-10000B auxiliary agent at 1:1. Listed color pastes are white, black, red, yellow and blue. Confirm the pigment dosage before use.

Printing and Applying Flock

Complete any ordinary silicone layers first. The supplied process range is 2–3 passes, with the final two passes using the flocking silicone mixture. Keep the last pass wet and apply flock directly after printing.

Curing and Finished-Item Checks

The heat-curing series requires heating for hand and machine printing, but the final print must be flocked before curing. Follow supplier-approved post-flocking settings and inspect coverage, edge definition, adhesion and color.

Document the Approved Process

Record the textile type, artwork, ratio, print sequence, flocking timing and confirmed curing conditions. Complete any application-specific handling, rubbing or washing checks before bulk production.
