Anti-sublimation silicone ink
For sublimation fabric printing, we have developed an anti-sublimation silicone ink. This black silicone ink is also A two-component packaging method, that is, base adhesive, cross linking agent, anti-sublimation agent as component A, platinum catalyst as component B. When in use, only the two-component silicone is evenly mixed according to a certain proportion and printed on the fabric through screen printing. At the temperature of 120-160 ° C, baking for about 39 seconds to fully vulcanize the colloid.
Anti-sublimation silicone ink printing process
For different fabrics need to use different colloids for printing, such as cotton and cotton blended fabrics, you can directly screen print black anti-sublimation silicone, and then screen print other colors of silicone ink; For nylon, polyester, polyester and other fabrics, it is generally necessary to use a middle layer of glue for primer treatment to increase firmness, and then screen printing anti-sublimation silicone, other colors of silicone and so on. The printing process requires a countertop dryer to heat and cure, and different patterns require different screen plates to be printed together.
