Main ingredients:PVC resin (without solvent, water),plasticizer,color,other additives,solid content more than 90%.
PVC resin:fine particles,PVC molecules are chain-like structures with branched chains.

When heated,the resin absorbs the plasticizer,undergoes a cross-linking reaction and solidifies,forming a PVC film on the surface of the fabric,and firmly binds to the fiber. The proportion of plasticizer and PVC resin should be appropriate, too little, will affect the hardness and strength. Too much, more than the saturation of resin absorption,will occur drying, sticky and other phenomena,and may even cause color shift, penetration. Generally speaking,in the inks sold by manufacturers, they have been matched in the best proportion,there is no need to adjust too much while using.
