No Hand Feel Four Color Silicone Ink

     No Hand Feel Four Color Silicone Ink is a fine-layer silicone printing system developed to achieve ultra-thin prints with vivid four-color separation while maintaining a natural fabric touch. By combining high-transparency silicone, controlled pigment loading, and precise screen printing parameters, this system delivers sharp color reproduction without altering the original hand feel of the fabric.

    This process is especially suitable for fashion garments and functional textiles where high color accuracy, lightweight appearance, and zero hand-feel effect are required. The printed pattern integrates seamlessly with the fabric surface, remaining soft, breathable, flexible, and resistant to washing and wear.

The four-color pattern is built using a single silicone ink system with controlled printing passes to ensure color accuracy and minimal film thickness.

• Silicone Ink: XG-866CR
• Catalyst: XG-866B-2 (3%)
• Additive: XG-128AH (40%)
• Color Paste: 5–15%
• Screen Mesh: 250 mesh

Color & Printing Pass Details:

• Yellow: 1 pass × 1 squeegee stroke
• Red: 1 pass × 1 squeegee stroke
• Blue: 1 pass × 2 squeegee strokes
• Black: 2 passes × 2 squeegee strokes
• Red (overlay): 1 pass × 2 squeegee strokes
• White: 1 pass × 3 squeegee strokes

This controlled printing structure ensures precise color separation, balanced ink deposition, and an extremely thin printed layer with no raised texture.

Temperature: 120°C

Time: 10 minutes

This baking step ensures full curing of the silicone ink, stabilizing color performance while maintaining softness, elasticity, and wash durability.

Thinner Adjustment

For the No Hand Feel Four Color Silicone Ink system, thinner can be adjusted according to actual production conditions such as mesh count, fabric type, ink transfer, and workshop environment to achieve optimal print clarity and zero hand-feel performance.
