Use silicone with pearl powder( filler)to print pattern on fabric
Silicone as a fabric printing material can be filled with many different fillers such as pearl powder,luminous powder,graphene and so on,filling different powder can make silicone printing different performance.
Pearl powder & silicone screen printing fabric:
(1)Use HD silicone with fast dry catalyst,thinner print 2-4 times as under coating,in here,we specially introduce a printing method-use table heat press machine to heat press silicone to make a flat and with burr(the burr on the surface of fabric)
(2)Use HD silicone with fast dry catalyst,white pigment to print 2-4 times for white color pattern
(3)Use HD silicone with fast dry catalyst,blue pearl powder to print 2-4 times for blue color pattern
(4)Use HD silicone with fast dry catalyst,purple pearl powder to print 2-4 times for blue color pattern
(5)Use glossy silicone with fast dry catalyst print twice as top coating.
