1,Water-based ink is steady and bright color. Main made from water-based resin , soluble in water, the benefit is no organic solvent, reduce evaporation, can prevent air pollution, ,hard to burn, environmental protection. Water-based ink is cheap and good adhesion after printing, fast drying, strong water resistance. Usually used in food, drugs, beverages and packaging printing.
2,Oily ink, solvent-based ink, insoluble in water but organic solvents. Oily ink used in organic solvent dilution,absorption surface and non-absorption surface printing, printing is hard to fade. It is soft high-viscosity, fast drying, water&light resistant . This ink is more economical, effectively saving costs. Mainly used in metal, plastic, wood, aluminum foil, carton and building material.
3,Silicone ink, mixed by resin, silicone oil, catalyst,pigment in certain proportion, used to print trademark or pattern on apparel,shoes,hats,gloves,bra,bags.its adhesion ,hand wash or machine wash fastness is strong.soft,comfortable, non-toxic,eco-friendly, according to REACH, ZDHC certification standards and strict requirement of environmental protection,at present it is a new printing method used by major apparel manufacturers .
