Foaming agent
The Foaming agent is the substance that makes the object material into holes. It can be divided into three categories: chemical foaming agent and physical foaming agent and surfactant. Chemical foaming agents are compounds while heated and decomposed then release gases such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen to form fine pores in the polymer composition. Physical foaming agent are formed through the change of the physical form of a certain substance through the expansion of compressed gas, evaporation of liquid or dissolution of solid.
Silicone rubber forming agent
By adding some fillers to silicone, some properties of silicone can be improved, so to suitable for some special uses. In order to reduce the density and hardness of silicone, or enhance its heat insulation or sound insulation, the most ideal filler is the gap. Silicone containing voids or bubble holes is classified as foamed silicone. With the degree of foaming, the difference in the volume share of foam, the performance of foaming silicone and basic silicone exists considerable difference. Foaming agent is a chemical that can be added to silicone. At the appropriate time in the processing, it will release gas to form bubble holes.
Forming silicone
Silicone can be filled in large quantities, such as foaming agent, conductive, insulating materials, silicone added foaming agent,while heated , to create a good concave and convex effect. XG silicone mix suede silicone with foam silicone to make suede foam effect. Combined with various pigment and equipment, it can be made into many patterns with concave and convex effect and exquisite appearance, adding a beautiful scenery to the clothing printing, as bellow.
Suede Puff Silicone Ink Printing Process
1. Use suede silicone with fast dry catalyst print four.
2. Use suede silicone with fast dry catalyst,white pigment print twice.
3. Use suede puff silicone with fast dry catalyst,yellow&red&blue pigment print once.
4. Change the second mesh,Use suede puff silicone with fast dry catalyst,fluorescence red&green,print four.
5. Then,print lightly and lightly to make pull stone effect.
6. 150℃ bake 10-15s or in oven 130℃,5 minutes.
