3D molding silicone rubber

Based on the thermosetting characteristics of liquid silicone rubber, we tried to use 3D molding silicone rubber and pigment as clothing printing materials. 3D molding silicone rubber and pigment were mixed by a certain proportion in advance into the iron mold, use the molding machine for thermosetting forming under high pressure and high temperature. But 3D molding silicone rubber and pigment in the process of stirring will penetrate into gas, which needs vacuum machine to pull out the gas. Under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, the mark printed by 3D molding silicone rubber has 3D visual effect, soft hand feel, moderate viscosity, and has strong adhesion, it does not change shape and does not fade after many times of washing.
