The operation of silicone ink embossing 360KY-65
1,Adjust the embossing machine temperature well,the upper mould 150℃-180℃,the lower mould 120℃. The temperature can be adjusted slightly based on the mould dimension and cloth temperature resistance.
2,silicone ink mixing: Print 1 layer 2 times squeegee with 360KY-65 silicone ink embossing and 10% 360KY-65B embossing silicone catalyst. Mesh size 120-135 mesh.
3,Pressing the pattern:Put the cloth after screen printing on the embossing machine,Press 12-20 seconds and make the shape.
4,For some cloth which touches rough,we need to put a cloth on the top of the cloth surface after screen printing the silicone ink,and pressed by embossing machine. Please put a cloth on top of the cloth surface when the silicone ink screen printing is not dry.
5,The embossing machine has air pressure and oil pressure, the specific pressure should depend on the size of the pattern.
6,Washing effect test should be done within 24 hours after shaping.
7,If there are the phenomena which the silicone ink is not cured or sticking on the mould,we need to check the mould temperature or if the cloth is poisoning.
