When printing silicone effects on fleece sweatshirt fabric, one of the biggest challenges is achieving strong adhesion. Without a proper primer layer, the silicone may easily peel off due to the fabric's soft and fluffy surface.
To solve this problem, we used a special base silicone combined with an adhesion-promoting agent. This primer ensures that the silicone firmly bonds to the fleece, creating a smooth foundation for the next layers.
On top of this foundation, we applied a high-gloss high density silicone to achieve a striking water drop effect. The glossy finish enhances the three-dimensional look, while the droplet texture adds a vivid and dynamic appearance.
The result is a durable, eye-catching decoration with excellent adhesion, bright colors, and a unique glossy texture-perfect for sportswear, sweatshirts, and fashion apparel that demand both style and performance.
