1. Temperature too low or too high:If the temperature is too low, the silicone cannot fully cure, and the embossed pattern may deform after pressing.If the temperature is too high, the embossed silicone may cure prematurely, failing to bond closely with the fabric, and may even scorch the fabric.

2. Insufficient or uneven pressure:Too little pressure causes gaps between the embossed silicone, fabric, and mold, resulting in unclear patterns.
Excessive or uneven pressure may deform parts of the fabric, or cause the silicone to be squeezed out of the mold.
3. Pressing time too short or too long:Too short a time leads to incomplete curing of the embossed silicone and weak adhesion.Too long may cause the silicone to age and become brittle, reducing its lifespan.

4. Solution:Adjust the temperature according to the embossed silicone curing requirements and the fabric thickness (generally between 80–120°C), and use a thermometer to ensure the embossing machine's actual temperature matches the set value.
Check that the embossing plates are level and the mold is securely fixed to ensure even pressure. Start testing at low pressure and gradually adjust until the pattern is clear and the fabric remains undistorted.
Refer to the silicone curing time (usually 5–15 seconds) and fine-tune based on the sample's curing result, rather than relying solely on experience.
