In the process of clothing printing, the use of thinner is not optional, but a key factor affecting printing effects, production efficiency and material stability. Our company has launched two thinner - XG-128A and XG-128AH, which are formulated for two typical processes, silk screen printing and bubble rope head. The following is the actual application description of the two:
1. XG-128A: Special thinner for silk screen printing
Applicable process: Suitable for silicone screen printing.
Recommended dosage: Add 5%-20% of the total amount of glue, and adjust according to the process viscosity and operating habits.
Function:Adjust the viscosity of the material and improve the smoothness of the scraping;
Prevent clogging and drying, and improve the stability of continuous printing;
Help to improve the clarity of the pattern edge, suitable for detailed graphic printing;
It can improve adhesion and reduce problems such as skipping and falling off caused by excessive viscosity of the material.
2. XG-128AH: Special thinner for foam rope heads
Applicable processes: Suitable for foam rope heads, glue-coated rope tails and other foam rope processes.
Recommended ratio: Mix with foaming silica gel at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.2.
Functions:Reduce the viscosity of the foam glue, which is convenient for soaking and molding operations;
Does not affect the foaming effect, maintains the molding expansion rate and flexibility;
Enhance the uniformity of the material, avoid problems such as colloid drawing and agglomeration;
Increase the fluidity of the rope head rubber, which is conducive to mold molding or natural shaping.
Precautions
The thinner must be compatible with the raw materials, and it is recommended to test a small sample first;
Avoid excessive addition to prevent decreased adhesion;
After opening, pay attention to sealing and keep away from high temperature and open flames.
