What is shore hardness?
Shore hardness, using static extrusion measurement method to measure the hardness of plastic, silicone rubber, glass and other non-metallic materials, the unit is HA, HC, HD.
The measuring instrument is Shore hardness tester, which is divided into three types: type A, type C and type D. The measurement principle is same, but the measurement needle size is different, especially the tip’s diameter, C is the largest one, D is the smallest one.
Type A suitable for general rubber, synthetic rubber, soft rubber, multiple fat, leather, wax, etc
Type C suitable for rubber and plastic, plastic containing foaming agent made of micro porous materials
Type D suitable for general hard rubber, resin, acrylic, glass, thermoplastic rubber, printing plate, fiber, etc.
Using Shore hardness tester to insert the object. The pointer on the dial is connected with a needle through spring, while the needle insert into the surface of the object. The value displayed on the dial is the hardness value.
The value displayed on the dial, the unit of "degree", the description of A and D, respectively represent different hardness range, lower than 90 degree tested by Shore A hardness tester, higher than 90 degree tested by Shore D hardness tester,.For example Shore Axx is low hardness, but Shore Dxx is relatively high hardness.

Material：40-48T mesh,70 shore squeegee,table dryer,zero shore soft silicone XG-20000AR：XG-20000B（10:1），fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2,thinner XG-128AH,round silicone XG-20S,pigment,skin feeling matte silicone XG-886M-6,etc.
1) Use zero shore soft silicone XG-20000AR with 10% XG-20000B,3% fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2,10% thinner XG-128AH,print twice as under coating.
2) Use zero shore soft silicone XG-20000AR with 10% XG-20000B,3% fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2,10% thinner XG-128AH,10% pigment print 4-6 times to make certain thickness.
3) Use round silicone XG-20S with 3% fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2,10% thinner XG-128AH,10% pigment print 4-6 times.
4) Use skin feeling matte silicone XG-886M-6 with 3% fast dry catalyst print 1-2 times.
